Masterblend’s 0-20-42 formula provides a high level of control for those looking to manage nutrient levels at all plant growth stages. This highly concentrated formula contains high levels of phosphorous and potassium and essential micronutrients with no nitrogen. Nitrogen is added at desired levels (higher for vegetative growth and lower for flower production) by adding Calcium Nitrate, and Magnesium levels are managed by adding Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom Salts).

Like all Masterblend solutions, this formulation is highly pure, 100% water soluble and suitable for all system types.

What is the difference between Masterblend 0-20-42 and other zero nitrogen formulas like 0-12-24? Masterblend doesn’t dilute their formulation with Magnesium Sulfate, giving you more control and a higher concentration of phosphorous, potassium and essential micronutrients.
