How to Use Gecko Grow pH Adjusters

Hydroponics: The optimal pH range is between 5.5 and 6.5 for most plants. After adding all nutrients to your reservoir, test your pH. Adjust your pH using Gecko Grow pH Up or pH Down as required and mix thoroughly. After 1 minute, re-test the pH level of your reservoir. Continue adding small amounts of pH adjuster and re-testing until the desired pH is reached. Regular testing is recommended to ensure optimal pH levels are maintained.

Automatic Dosing: Fill your dosing reservoir with Gecko Grow pH Up or Gecko Grow pH Down and set parameters according to your system guidelines.

Soil: Fill a watering can with water and measure the pH. Add 1-2 mL of Gecko Grow pH Up or pH Down and mix thoroughly. After 1 minute, re-test the pH level of your water. Continue adding small amounts of pH adjuster and re-testing until the desired pH is reached. Water the soil around your plants with the pH adjusted water avoiding contact with foliage. After 24 hours, re-test the soil pH. If additional adjustment is required, prepare a slightly stronger solution using the above steps.

CAUTION: Gecko Grow pH Up is very caustic and can cause serious eye damage and skin irritation. Wear gloves and eye protection when handling this product. If eye contact occurs, rinse under running water for 15 minutes. If skin contact occurs, wash thoroughly with soap and water. If product spills on clothing, remove immediately and rinse thoroughly under water. If discomfort from contact persists, seek immediate medical attention. Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
